Government is done. They are out of control and no longer serving our best interests. First it was smoking laws (actually it was seatbelts, helmets, 55, pickup truck beds, ...). But there's no justification for the smoking laws. It's the owner's business. PERIOD. If he allows people to smoke then great. If non-smokers don't like it, they don't have to patronize that business. How did that get so complicated? If you don't like second hand smoke, and don't want to risk 2nd hand cancer then work somewhere else. - i.e. if you don't like water, and are very concerned about being attacked by a shark, DON'T BE A BEACH LIFEGUARD. DUH!
And now, i'm totally confused... Could someone please explain why pro sports players are testifying in front of government committees? WTF does the government have to do with sports???? Why is what's her face, the sprinter, jones?, going to federal prison?!?!?! are you f'in kidding me? The FBI... that's right, i'll repeat it... The FBI is investigating Roger Clemens. HUH? What? Did they run out of terrorists and gangsters? If i had hair i'd be pulling it out in handfuls. Someone get with me and lets do something. This is ALL f'ed up.
