Holy Shit! You people are becoming like Marketers. If you want to turn off the brightest candidates and the Diamonds in the rough, don't disclose the pay rate (or a min./max. range) for the advertised position!

FUCK YOU - what a job pays should ALWAYS be one of the first listed items in EVERY JOB ADVERTISEMENT.

Isn't that kind of obvious?
It sickens me that I have any reason for saying this.
