So, last week, not too far from where my home is, some wacko took an axe, hacked up some woman near their home or apartment and then proceeded into the street hacking up a 4 month-old baby and another woman.

As you might have guessed, the baby didn't make it. Surprisingly, the two women, in spite of their faces hanging from their chins, apparently did survive! Wow is all I have to say. But then again, man, that's one lame axe murderer. Takes down 3, but only actually kills one and that one was only 4 months old - - L A M E.

But none of that is my point. The next day, the psycho's wife appears on television begging for her husband's forgiveness! Are you fucking kidding me? But there she was. She says he was mentally challenged and unstable and hallucination prone, through no fault of his doing.

I say, "SO WHAT?" Dude hacked up three people in the afternoon, out in the middle of the street - He shouldn't be alive today according to my rules. Regardless, let's consider what's really going to happen here...

This retard is going to be ruled insane and get put up somewhere for the rest of his life, with a roof over his head, three meals per day, medical treatment, dental, and vision - all handled. Why to prepare for "Quadrillion!"

I'm not sure I have... never mind, just follow me...

When counting, first we have 1's, 10's, & 100's. i.e. 1 - 999.
Then comes the first comma. i.e. 1,000.
So we have 1,000's, 10,000's, and 100,000's. i.e. 1,ooo - 999,999.
All good so far.
Next comes our second comma and 1,000,000.
[I know this seems dumb, but stay with me - have a little faith]
Followed by 1,000,000's 10,000,000's and 100,000,000's i.e. 1,000,000 - 999,999,999.
I know, whoop-dee-fucking-doo! I respond, "Shut up and pay attention!"
Now we have the ever popular ONE BILLION! 1,000,000,000
and so, 1,000,000,000's 10,000,000,000's and 100,000,000,000's
And next? Yes. ONE TRILLION - 1,000,000,000,000

Notice, there are 999 "trillions", right? (i.e. fill the ones, tens, and hundreds with 9's...)

But in RELATIVE comparison

999 is roughly ZERO when viewed as a % or fraction of 999,999,999,999,999.

Therefore, when dealing in Trillions of dollars, related interest on such amounts, etc. and you only "go through the Trillions" 999 times before switching to "Quadrillions", you're talking about "going through the Trillions" ZERO times in relative terms. Say in comparison to when Gov't budgest were in the Millions and the like...

Look, I don't know who tricked you into believing Trillion is a realistic and usable number, but they're gonna be shoving Quadrillion up your butt very soon... Stop being such an ASS!

A different take on Barak's most recent "Vegas Slur"

So the mayor went all up in arms, calling Barak a dummy, etc... that he "has it in for Vegas" or was it "has a thing for Vegas". Either way, the same message. How bout we step Barak for a second and consider this matter with a tad more marketing sophistication.

When Barak said, you "shouldn't go blow a bunch of money on a weekend in Vegas" (or whatever he specifically said) there was no doubt who he was talking to. He had stated it clearly - the person/family trying to put away money for a child's college fund. People currently fighting to stay afloat. People who have to save specifically for their child's higher education, i.e. people who otherwise won't have the money when the time comes. These aren't the people who fuel our city and industry. These aren't what are generally called "successful" people. Bankers from New York, attorneys from L.A., doctors form Marin, foreigners from everywhere... THESE are who feed us. SUCCESSFUL people feed us. RICH people feed us. THESE are the people who Barak CLEARLY was NOT speaking to. Basically, Barak just labeled "taking a weekend in Vegas and blowing a bunch of money" a SYMBOL OF SUCCESS... GET IT?!?!?!?!

I hope our mayor also has enough savvy (which he likely does) to give Barak a "Thank you" in the back room, off-camera.
